Once the campaign ends, our pledge management partner, BackerKit, will send a survey link to your registered email address, where you can purchase more units as an Add-on at the same pledged price you paid for the initial Kickstarter order. Alternatively, you can also create another Kickstarter account and pledge for another skillet now.

What is your return policy?
The campaign provides us with the opportunity to receive the needed financial support to bring the FIREUP Dutch oven to your kitchen. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for products received as rewards from our Kickstarter campaign. What is your Cancellation Policy?
We can’t express enough gratitude for your support of our project. And we promise we will do our best to make it awesome. We know that sometimes people change their minds, so let’s be transparent about how this works. As per Kickstarter’s rules, you won’t be charged until the campaign ends, so you won’t be charged if you withdraw your pledge before the end. This means that if you are going to change your mind, then do so before the campaign ends.
Once the campaign ends and Kickstarter charges you, your pledge is final and can no longer be cancelled. The funds we collect go towards ramping up production.

Absolutely!Our pledge management partner will send an email after the Kickstarter campaign ends to collect the necessary shipping information from you. They will provide a shipping cost and an estimated delivery date for your order. How do I clean my FIREUP Skillet?
(1) Take the pan out of the box and start cooking right away. Your Dutch oven is enameled and not seasoned, therefore does not require seasoning. (2) Always use oil, butter, or other liquids when you start cooking. Avoid dry cooking. (3) Gradually increase the heat. This allows the pan to warm up slowly and distribute the heat evenly. Your Dutch oven doesn’t like big temperature changes. (4) Use soft cooking tools made of silicon, wood or other gentle materials. Metal tools risk damaging the very strong enamel layer. (5) Best to clean it with water and a soft brush or sponge. Try to avoid soap too often, rather fill it with lukewarm water and leave overnight. All dirt will disappear. (6) Very important to store it completely dry - simply pat dry with a soft towel. If there is a little water between the pan and the lid when you store it, it is possible that some rust will occur.

What is a stretch goal?
Our stretch goal will unlock the additional blue color if we hit $150,000 in funding. All backers, including super-early bird, early-bird and Kickstarter price backers, who backed the project before the stretch goal was reached, will get an option to choose either Black or Blue colour option, when filling in the Backerkit survey, after the campaign ends.

When you back a project, you’re pre-ordering the product. That means you’ll get it once it’s produced. In addition to getting the product itself, you’re also joining a community. You can use any debit or credit card associated with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, as well as Discover and JCB cards. Kickstarter does not accept payments with PayPal.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
